I lost everything I had in my unit because of a fire at this facility. It was already a terrible situation, but then I was basically left to handle everything with the insurance company on my own. After everything I lost, they offered me just $2,000 for all of my belongings. That doesn’t even come close to covering what was actually in my unit. Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering how serious the situation was.
