If only I could give MORE THAN 5 STARS to Shaun and Extra Space Storage in Worcester, MA at 1 Brussels Street! I live out of state, and my daughter is a student-athlete attending college in Worcester, MA. Being halfway across the U.S., I needed to buy multiple items online, ship them, and have them stored for her dorm room. I also needed to plan ahead to store her items longer-term during the upcoming summer months. Since I'm not close by, I looked online and also called several storage places in Worcester and the surrounding areas. This Extra Space Storage facility stuck out to me as the perfect place! Not only do they accept multiple packages and store them for me until we arrive to town, but their location is nearby the school, they offer flexible options, have a safe and secure environment, and also importantly, provide stellar customer service. In particular, Shaun is an absolute delight to work with! He is 100% committed to putting the customer first. He takes time with each customer, and his due diligence and follow up is always assuring. I also really appreciate that he texts me when my packages arrive, provides photographs of my delivered shipments, and sends me photos of all my shipped items stored in a locked space. For my initial contact with Shaun, his customer-first approach was apparent, made me feel comfortable, and built my trust right away. He clearly exemplifies going the extra mile, and provides a superb customer experience — delivering on Extra Space Storage’s core values, brand promises, and high level of customer service.
