Tonya was very helpful , I needed a storage unit last Minute notice and she went out of her way to make sure I had access to a unit that night. She stayed past her normal time she gets off work. She was very professional and also I feel my belongings are safe knowing she keeps a very good eye on property. Overall I’m very happy with the entire company Thanks again tonya !

I used Extra Space Storage on Ararat Street in Worcester to store my furniture items while we built our house. I was very nervous about it at first because I had never used storage before and I was storing some of my most treasured pieces of wooden furniture and other items. The experience could not have been better. From the manager, to how clean the unit and entire facility was, and how my items were all in perfect condition when they came out of storage. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space in Worcester for storage. It was a great experience during a stressful time.

I made a reservation online. They responded via phone. All my questions were answered efficiently. I was able to complete the transaction over the phone, sign the contracts online and received the best price in town for the size unit that I wanted. It was a pleasure to do business with Extra Space. I highly recommend them.
