After reading the reviews, I completely disagree with them. I have been at this facility for over a year and I’m sure there will be some retribution to this review, the public should be aware of how awful the new management is. I own a very small business that operates out of this facility. The new management changed everything from previous management and they are entitled to do that including to closing the bathrooms when they are not around or out for a walk. The facility has become filthy, HVAC is no longer maintained (even though I am paying for it, my equipment is still getting rusty). the exterior lights are not functioning and rats are running around the outside at will. Managers always have an excuse for something wrong and code word is “I’ve put a work order in”. Adults don’t make excuses, they follow through. As to politeness of staff, the facility could be an excellent teaching tool on how to treat people awful. My rent has already gone up and I’m sure it will go up again as they are actively trying to push business customers out of the complex. Buyer beware.
