Very disappointed!!! We originally got our unit for $80 and every couple months the price keeps going up and up. We are currently at $180. And of course they do this after the unit is already fully packed so nobody is gonna move out of their unit. Their excuse is “we make adjustments to the rates to keep up with rising costs” but if I try to get the same size unit online it’s $80. I understand many storage places have promotional deals but raising your prices $100 within a few months is insane.

Signed lease online and was able to pick my own unit. Facility is clean and secure. There’s a control panel onsite as well as an app that you can use to gain entrance.

Very disappointed with Extra Space Storage. They raised the price without warning and have not been easy to work with. The price gauging is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. While they raise the price of a unit, they leave the SAME unit listed on the site for the original price that was paid. Absolutely ridiculous.
