I have rented at Extra Space Storage (Apple Valley) since 2023. As I am sure other customers have anticipated only a short-term need, I ended up renting through May 2026. When we moved from MN to OR, we couldn’t bring everything along in one trip. So, we rented space at the Apple Valley, MN facility. Jordan has been a terrifically kind and helpful Manager at that facility. We speak often when I call to pay our bill. I feel our things and our account are always in good hands at this facility. We chose an indoor heated space for our household items. We feel everything is well kept, safe and under great management!

Large storage place with a variety of different size units, some are climate controlled some are not. Their prices are around what other places charge but they don't offer any discounts as their competitors do. Clean, secured by gate and camera's. Staff are friendly and they have multiple locations.
