Rates on a 10x10 are very far. After that, it jumps tremendously. Heated inside storage for $56 I believe hard to complain

Good, a little expensive. Bathroom is always disgusting. Over all its okay. Edit: they now keep the Bathroom locked and you need a key so it's only accessible if the person is in the office. After rent has doubled within two years I complained and they both offered me a 6 month cheaper rent and a new unit which reset "a clock" and my rent would go down even farther. The 'new' unit is 5 square feet larger but half the cost. The move helped me shed some stuff so it was a good thing.

This was one of the easiest move in experiences I've had with a storage unit. Erika was professional and friendly. She even stayed a little longer to make sure I could move in, even though I arrived a few minutes before closing time. The building is clean and well taken care of. Overall I'm really happy to have moved from my last storage unit into this one.
