I can’t express enough gratitude and appreciation for Erika accommodating me in the most challenging and painful time in my life. She not only had empathy, but encouraged me and facilitated me needing a larger unit on the same floor in an emergency situation. I am now in a place where I am starting my life over with the purchase of my home after a horrible divorce and leaving 2 homes I loved and worked hard for with 2 dogs that we vacated in a week notice. She was compassionate, endearing and she is an incredible woman and employee that has the value, integrity, empathy and dedication to your tenants. Your employees handle difficult life circumstances every day. She is a leader, powerhouse and she actually cares. She deserves praise, a raise and acknowledgment for what she brings to your business. .??? Erika- I know what Google reviews do for employees and employers. I am sharing this as my emails have been compromised and not registering my account post, from my personal email. This is not spam and I do not accept google to remove my post with names attached. (My company reviews are being censored with positive reinforcement including names) People take time to complain and spread negativity and hate. That time could be used more valuable with their lives, instead of unnecessary rhetoric.
