Extra Space Storage has been the best decision for us! The facility is extremely clean and bright and you get great value for your money. We have been customers since 2021 and plan on staying for at least another two years. What makes Extra Space Storage top of the line is their customer service. Without exception, every Extra Space employee I have spoken to has been personable, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. All my inquiries have been responded to quickly and efficiently. I am writing this review because of my most recent interaction with Hunter, who is currently at the Edina location. He was patient and took the time to really listen to my needs. He went beyond my expectations to help me with my current storage situation. Hunter made me feel like a valued customer. Hunter and his associates make doing business with Extra Space Storage a pleasure.

On first two visits exploring and then signing up, there was only one staff on duty and they knew little about the details of leasing space. On the third visit, there were 3 staff present and they were extremely helpful. Signage is poor and it is easy to get lost in the maze of hallways. Using the key for the unit is tricky. I have purchased motion sensing lights because the unit is so dark inside. On the positive side, the facility is spotless and amazingly well maintained.
