I had 3 total units at Extra Space mainly due to the fact that I had way too much stuff and didnt want to move everything again into 1 bigger unit. However, Deb was who I worked with throughout my whole process of move in and move out a few years later. She was exceptional to work with and would definitely go back to that location just for her amazing service.

Don't do it unless you have to. I'm rated top reviewers and I'm always gracious but I need to warn you about this place. After 20 minutes, management (older lady with brown hair) approached me assuming I lived here. She cited my things in my storage and in my car. I'm rarely here and this was the first time I'm working on a quick project. I told her I don't live here and I'll make this quick. When I asked for the manager afterwards, she said she's it. I told her I didn't appreciate how she approached me. She said, "I'm just going by what other tenants tell me?" Me: "You're a manager. You need to be a manager--not an advocate." Her response only made me feel more unheard, reciting the 2 hpurs only policy and towing afterwards. I reminded her that my issue is not with the policy. Of course not because I'm nowhere close to crossing the line. But my issue, again, is with how she approached me. On my way out: "Your manager needs to do a better job training you." She just kept going with her rant. Again, don't do it unless you have to. A lot of small town stuff going on here? Escalating this to the next level. I'll update. Current rating: 4.8.
