Amy was so helpful as we were storing items for our daughter between college semesters. The facility was clean, bright and felt secure, Amy went the extra mile when we realized we needed a larger storage unit, She made the switch easy and as cost effective for us as possible. She also showed us around the facility and walked us to our new storage unit. It was an ideal experience.
