Great clean storage facility with cylinder locks to help against potential theft. The sign on process was seamless, my unit was ready to roll same day! Here is my 10x10 unit.

The staff at this location have been friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the facilities is top notch. There are a few issues to address. The door and lock to our unit's building was a bit janky to broken for most of the last year. It has been fixed in the last week. However, it would have been nice to have it addressed earlier. The paved areas get very icy in winter and combined with their incline present a significant slipping hazard. Regular salting would go a long way towards improving safety. Lastly, there was frequently a shortage of carts. Sometimes carts were taken to other buildings and not returned. Having at least two carts per building would be nice. A corporate level issue that we noticed was that when renewal came around the price went up significantly. There was no loyalty discount or discount for paying the year in advance. It would have been cheaper to cancel and rent a new unit. That's the primary reason we decided to move out completely. That being said I've never seen any issue with pests and pest control was apparent. Aside from the aforementioned issues the maintenance was kept up with. We definitely recommend this location.
