WOW!!!! I can not say enough about Mia!!!!! I was looking for an affordable storage unit and found one at her location, however it was on a floor that I would have to take stairs to get too. I am disabled and the stairs were not an option for me. So this is where Mia calmly came up with a solution so that I could get a different unit on the lowest floor and honored the price of the unit from the other floor. Then she saved me once again when my information was compromised and I had to get a whole new phone and contact info so what did she do took my credit card off my file until it could be updated, deleted my email so my information would not go to my phone and other electronics, and adjusted my unit price after a rate increase due to not receiving the rate increase notice as it went to my old address. As they say “ That all hero don’t wear capes! “ Thank you Mia YOU’RE A ROCK STAR!!!!!
