Access: The main garage door has been broken for months due to burst pipes. The only other entrance does not work with the app (I was told the metal blocks the signal), so access is inconsistent. Getting in often requires calling the office during limited hours and hoping someone is available to open it remotely. Otherwise, you have to get out and manually enter a code—which is frustrating in a busy downtown area, especially in winter or after a long move. This became a real problem when my moving company couldn’t access the building at the end of their scheduled time. They had to take everything back, which led to extra charges and rescheduling. The elevator system is also difficult—if you don’t load everything within ~30 seconds of entering the code, it resets. Pricing: I rented a 10x16 unit for $102/month. Within 3 months, my rent increased by about $60–$70 (roughly a 60-70% increase), which I was told is due to third-party pricing. That said, Tiffeny in the office was extremely helpful—she worked with me to reduce the increase and followed up thoroughly. She was the best part of my experience. Summary: * Do NOT enroll in autopay—monitor your rate closely * Expect price increases within a few months * Avoid moving in outside office hours (especially with movers) * Access may be unreliable The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and conveniently located, and staff are helpful when available—but the access issues and pricing practices are significant drawbacks.
