in the beginning they are nice or they seem to be... make a few rule in fragments and they will show their true colors they will put you out regardless of your situation.... the micromanage. way to overly strict... here's an example; they will treat you like you are the worst criminal in the world even for breaking minor rules. this is what happened to me.. they kick me out do not allow me to take any of my belongings then they continue to charge me rent. I was evicted from my apartment, I had nowhere to go I had to try to figure out what to put on my belongings and the same time maintain a job I've been homeless all of a sudden. raquel take me out for changing clothes in my unit.. she didn't care to hear my story so tell me to grab as much as I can and get out she was acting like I was doing the most horrible heinous crime ever! it was a complete 180 turn around from her nice kind character. that day was also raining I know I had to get as much as I can out of the storage and I have no ride.. sign up being stuck outside in the rain with as much as I could carry on my person I end up leaving most of my stuff behind. did you tell me I can only come back once I better bring a truck but that's all the chances I have to get dressed my stuff I had very little money.. I was already down and out due to my eviction in all my belongings in the apartment.. I know to have this done to me.. I see her as a cruel heartless no sympathy person who is very bitter and wants to take call her frustrations out on me! do not rent from this place go somewhere else. so as I try to structure my life back into a righteous pat. I was unable to get the rest of my belongings I tried a few different times and then she would end up arguing with me about something and then thread threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing I'm trying to explain to her my situation that I can't just make one trip I have no one to help me. she didn't care at all... she is not a nice person just completely heartless.. I was already facing many other hardships having this to add on to it.. it was very disheartening.. now they say that I owe them over $600.. so she wouldn't let me get my stuff she made a very hard on me even harder than my life was already hard enough and now she wants to charge me over $600 after I've tried multiple times to get my belongings she was making it very difficult for me to do so I feel like it was almost to set up just to give me to pay more money I don't trust his people at all disgusting!!!
