You get what you pay for. Have good coverage for units. Very simple app to use and easy units to access. Front desk lady is super kind and very helpful.

All I have to saw about this place is WOW! I had my belongings there for 3 years. Make sure you read the fine print on the terms. My 10x10 unit went from $95 a month to $224 a month & they were about to raise it again before I picked my things up. If you look online, my same unit is currently $97. But here’s the really bad part. I recently went to empty out my unit & realized there is black mold all over my mattress & a rug. I did not want to put them in the uhaul as I was coming back to Texas & did not want to breath in the mold. I advised the manager that I couldn’t take the 2 items & she said that she would continue to charge me for the unit since I would still be occupying it & that “black mold in those storage units happen.” I told her I wouldn’t be occupying it if the black mold from their unit hadn’t destroyed my things. She then told me she was doing me a favor & would allow me to use their dumpster but my movers had already left to do another job. I politely ask them to come back & they did not want to breath in the black mold & asked why the storage unit place isn’t taking care of the issue & I said the manager basically said it wasn’t their problem. The manager then starts arguing with me saying “you lying on me” repeatedly while I’m trying to finish the conversation with my movers. I hang up & she argues with me for another 10 minutes. Who ever put this woman in charge has absolutely no business sense. I then ask her for someone else to speak with. She tells me the district manager is Joe & says she will not give me any more information. I ended up paying a friend to dispose of the items which got me out of the situation I was in. Before you rent here, ask yourself do you really want your stuff to end up like mine since “black mold in those storage units happen”. If not, choose a different place.

Excellent experience! Everything is clean and well maintained. I'm completely impressed with the level of customer service and the facilities! I would store anything here and not worry about it.

He made everything quick and easy, explained all the details clearly, and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by. They were very accommodating I highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Michael—he’ll take great care of you!

Buyer Beware! Purchased new unit in May 2025. Rates doubled in August 2025. Same size units located in the same indoor, ground level, and air-conditioning quality spaces were offered to new customers for half of the rate we paid in May 2025. Staff promise to lower rates did not occur in October 2025. Recommend any existing customer to leave. Recommend any new customer to stay away. Doors to buildings do not lock and can be easily pulled open with no effort. Carts and trolleys were removed from the facility.
