UPDATE: after signing a contract at a rent I was comfortable with, the company made a “market adjustment” that nearly doubled the rent I’m paying on a unit that hasn’t changed. Outrageous. I’d rather find another way to store my items than get ripped off by a dishonest company. And when I called them they didn’t care whether I left or stayed. That’s not how you keep business relationships. Original Review: The facility is easy to access with a variety of options and it can all be done online. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Extra space storage is wonderful!! They did such an awesome job helping me. They were always available to answer any of my questions. I just got off the phone with Missy and she was so sweet and very helpful!! I had a wonderful experience with extra space storage!! If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be going to extra space storage!!! They are the best storage company in The world!!!

I’m renting my 3rd storage unit from this location. I was able to get a first floor unit-first month is free-I got boxes and covers and everything I needed to get this done quickly. Props to Melissa Clark-her customer service is the reason I recommended this place to everyone a few years ago and it was a comforting reminder again yesterday when she was standing in the rain with me trying to help me load a bunch of huge boxes into my 2 door car.
