Even though we didn't reserve online, all online offers that were available when we arrived were provided to us without even asking. I understand non-climate controlled, but if I didn't care about my belongings getting wet, I would have put it in a friend's barn. Please fix the leaks in D133 as well as in the corridor outside the unit. Notify people when the door near their unit will be rendered inaccessible for weeks!

I ended up going with Keith and Extra Storage because of his professionalism and persistence. The unit is not close to where we live although it works well for us. Extra space storage on Old Tesson is super convenient. It has all the features of getting your stuff in and out without a hassle. You can pull your vehicle right up to the door and load stuff onto their cart. The unit is lighted with the pull of a switch. Hallways are wide enough to turn the cart around in and there are numerous access doors. People are extremely friendly and helpful.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was impressed with Extra Space Storage from the moment I called the call center. They directed me to a nearby facility that was in my price range, and had the features I needed. A first month move in special helped as well! Having been to visit 2 other storage companies prior, and having had very unpleasent experiences, (Cost went up when I arrived, filthy conditions, huge spider webs in the storage unit, all of a sudden there is only 1 unit left, and so on.# I was expecting more of the same. Not the case at all. I was rather surpised when I arrived at the Old Tesson Road location. It was clean, secure, and John the store manager was there with a friendly greeting. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I had a van full of boxes, it was 105 degrees outside, and he was more than kind to me. I was exausted, and he gave me time to cool off, get rehydrated, and use the restroom, #which was also clean!# He helped me to fill out the contracts, and make the whole experience of putting things in storage about as nice as it could be under the circumstances. Most of all, the price stayed the same as was quoted to me over the phone when I arrived. John's directons to the location were perfect as well. Being new to the area, that was much appreciated. The storage unit was clean, and access was good also. After I unloaded all my storage boxes, I found that my lock was too large to fit. Exausted and exasperated, I went to ask John where I could go to buy another lock. Out of kindness he actually gave me one, #which I even asked to purchase) and he said, "Please accept it with my compliments." I haven't seen service like that in a very long time. Would I use Extra Space Storage again, or recommend them to a friend? Absolutely, no doubt about it. I was pleased with them in every way, and rather stunned how nice they were to me, even coming from out of the state. I am a very satisfied customer.
