I have a unit here at the lemay ferry location in St. Louis, MO and this place is awesome. I have had problems in the past with storage units and I have had no problems here. And Matt the manager here is terrific. He goes above and beyond for you.

I’m not happy that the manager submitted the review himself, without letting me do it. I needed help getting to the review page. While helping me, holding my phone, he submitted his own review of himself. I don’t like that the storage cost went up about $100 after Extra Safe Storage took over.

They have good customer service. The price for a storage unit has doubled since I starting renting.
