????? This facility and its management are extremely disappointing. Last night, the building alarm was going off, making it impossible for me to access my unit. Today, neither elevator was working. I came back later once one elevator was finally operational, only to discover that none of my delivered and tracked boxes had been placed in my unit. The office was closed and locked, no one answered the phone, and a sign stated someone would return at 2:30. No one showed up until 3:40. When Hailey finally arrived, she was unhelpful and showed no basic customer service or concern for the inconvenience caused. I had to carry my boxes from the front office to my car myself, without any offer of assistance or even an apology. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Corporate management needs to be made aware of how poorly this location is being run.

The facility overall is excellent. The staff are functional but indifferent. The doors and access control system is always a concern and issues persist. Attention to maintenance issues take extended time and notices of corrective action don’t exist. Communicate with us!!!

Beware. They up the prices every few months. Started around $65 and now paying almost $130 a month and that is for tiny not climate controlled space. I picked them because they were 24 hours and now that has changed as well.
