Aaron is great at running the place. Always clean always cordial. Rate increase is the only reason for 4 stars. But there’s good people in charge at the facility helpful and friendly.

I was having browser issues so I couldn't reserve a unit on line. I called directly and Aaron was able to get me all setup very quickly. ...Update...moving day is here...Jenny was awesome! She showed me exactly where my unit is located, how to properly gain access and was very patient when I asked many questions. HIGHLY recommend this facility. Update...I still highly recommend Extra Space here on Woodstone. The staff is always helpful and the facility is kept clean.

Aaron was super helpful. Facility was very clean and the best one I looked at. The sizes of the units matched the description, the prices were good at market value with a good sign up deal, and it was climate controlled and well secured l. Aaron did a great job explaining everything to me. I would recommend this place over the local competitors. I looked at two competitors today, one had inaccurate sizes and was rude when asked about it, the other I didn't even go into the units because over the phone the associate was rude and unhelpful when I asked to simply look at a unit prior to renting. This rental facility is far better, associate was nice and helpful, it was cleaner than the competitors, and better secured.

I am an electrician that does alot of work for storage facilities. Aaron the Manager was very helpful to assist so I could get my job done. He has a good understanding on what makes the business tick and takes pride to do a good job. By far the smoothest Manager to work with

I would suggest going into the office to rent your space, that way you will make sure it is the right amount of space as well as help finding your unit as it can be confusing the first time. They are very helpful!

The manager was swift, friendly and helpful. We were in and out, keys in hand in less than about 7 minutes. The facility is always clean. This is our 2nd unit at this facility.
