After a year of being here they almost doubled my rent. I ran into 3 other people saying the same that were moving out. When I called to express concern at the office they told me that maybe I should move. Called corporate and they said the same thing. I received a call from someone else at corporate and they said they can charge me $95 a month when new people are coming in at $79. I told them at this point it’s too late. They showed how they treat their paying clients and the true ethics of this company. I told them I would be out by August first. They still auto deducted the $154 out for September. I was at $79 per month. Steer clear. There’s to many good storage units within a mile or two radius. Completely unprofessional. This was for a 10x10

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and Aaron, the manager, provided excellent customer service. The facility was always clean and well kept, and I never noticed any pest issues. I ended up needing my unit longer than expected, and it was nice having the peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe and secure. Definitely a positive experience!
