my husband and i went there Saturday and Kelly helped us, just wanted to thank her for the nice and clean storage unit we got. the process was super fast and easy. the place was super clean. definitely recommending that location to anyone i know looking for a storage unit.

I am going to be moving to Omaha in 3 months so I went to look at you units at this location and I wanted to let y’all know of the great service I received from Kelly , she showed me the different sizes as I am clueless on what size I need as we’re combining households however with her help And knowledge I found the right size and I will definitely be renting from y’all even though your prices are not much higher than the other 2 locations i went too (Dinos and Public Storage) I must say the overall cleanliness of this location is way way above the standards of those others and even the units she showed me were super clean and there wasn’t any funky smell. I also like the fact that you have an onsite manager. The price i will be paying isn’t definitely worth it and wanted to mention that I appreciate that y’all have such a great insurance coverage which Kelly explained to me when I asked about it. I have never heard of coverage for ground water or rodent Which she explained for more definitive information I would have to call the company who issues it. My current place in Louisiana doesn’t cover that sort of things and I’ve had several things ruined and not covered. I would definitely give the 180th and Drexel a 10/10 see you in October !!

We have had a storage space here for nearly 10 years. It has undergone a few management/ownership changes. This most recent time resulted in a 50% increase in the monthly fee. I spoke with Kelly and she was able to get this increase reduced significantly (although still higher than the previous cost). Kelly was unfailingly pleasant and was my advocate. Thank you Kelly!
