0 starts Reading the reviews sure wish I met Stacy they sound great Two times now, I’ve come during posted business hours to view and purchase a unit, only to find the office doors locked. The service button goes straight to voicemail. Today, once again, it’s the middle of the week and hours before the posted closing time. I called the 888 number and have now been on hold for over 30 minutes. It’s unfortunate because this location would have been perfect for me, but if it’s this difficult to reach someone before I’m even a customer, I can’t trust what the service would be like after I rent a unit.
