5 stars If I could give 10 Stars ???? I would. The new owners with a the new management team that’s there now are Awesome Rob and Carla. I hope I spelled right Absolutely great people easy to talk with very patient also friendly and kind. Sometimes everyone is in a hurry to get you out of their way. Manager, was very friendly & helpful. The company is cleaning up the property, they have new & more carts available for tenants to use now. The rates are frozen for existing tenants and will not be raised unlike most other facilities tend to do that when they take over. Staff is professional, 1 public restroom on site available for tenants to use while on property vs no bathrooms in the past.
