Zach was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had about my unit and payments. He was very pleasant and had lots of patience. He answered all my questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I’ve had my storage unit for over a year and a half, and each time I would call about my bill when it would increase, he would find other promotions to help keep my bill with a payment I could afford. Zach walked me through how to use the extra space storage app and explained the benefits of having it. Zach, thank you so much for all you’ve done for me since I opened my storage unit. The process was stress free and easy. Thanks again for all you’ve done.
