The staff at this Extra Space Storage is amazingly helpful. I went in to inquire about getting a new lock for my storage because my daughter's boyfriend left with one of the locker key. Mr Owen Simmons simply gave me a little box with a new lock and 3 keys and opened the door for me and I changed the lock. THEN, I went back to the office and asked if I could make sure the boyfriend doesn't come in and ask for access because the gate code doesn't work. Then Mr Simmons went on his computer and added my daughter onto my account and made a notation that the boyfriend is excommunicado from the Extra Space Storage entry. Mr Simmons went over and beyond. This brought ease of mind & spirit to my daughter. Mahalo nui loa Mr Simmons

Owen was a tremendous help. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me how to locate the storage unit after hours. He was patient while answering my questions about opening the zip tie and even offered me scissors to make it easier.
