I needed to move storage facility’s and found this Extra Storage in a nice area of town. I toured this facility and the Spencer facility and decided to pick this one. It’s newer and has indoor climate controlled units. I ultimately felt safer (because of the facility location) and had a great introduction to Jeremy W and Eric. Jeremy W was the one who showed me around and answered all of my questions but Eric was working at the time too. Both were very nice, helpful and I felt comfortable around them. The units are indoor, climate controlled, well lit, clean, and most importantly secure. The area is nice and has normal businesses around. There wasn’t anything wrong with the Spencer location…. I encourage anyone deciding between the two locations to definitely tour. Both locations were secure and the build of the units are sturdy. The check in/sign up process was really easy and took about 5 minutes. They also had multiple sizes of units available and I was asked about preference of floor. If you are out of town and checking storage places out I would not waste your time and just rent here if you are going to be in Henderson. It’s a quick car ride from the airport. Do not store anywhere near the airport (Tropicana or Maryland) and I would also avoid Publix storage.
