extraSpace storage made my storage experience, hassle free, staff was extremely helpful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns to find the most appropriate unit for me and they went the extra mile to assist me and enabled me to SELECT the best unit. I had a bad experience with them today and yes this is Shellie I wanted to move out of the unit I was in 680 because I had some words to say to the person inside this morning she first made me go home for a license when I said isn’t there I license on file she lied and said that it wasn’t then when I came back with the license she gone give me a unit three rows over my unit was 680 then gone put me in 781 I’m glad I had two cars with me mines and my son or today would have been a rough day. Don’t lied to the customer at all because when you do the customer will give you a bad review and report you to the better business bureau. The prices are okay I don’t know about good so for anybody who needs a storage you might want to go to a different one they tell lies at this one.
