The front desk was super friendly and helpful and got me all of the information I needed. The ONLY downside was not seeing any flat carts, but then, I didn't go look for any. I just didn't see them on my way to my unit. Overall an excellent experience, though.

I can’t recall when I’ve had so much fun getting to know the front desk crew here. A business is represented by the staff that makes the machine run. Every time I speak to the facility manager, Carrie, she’s kind, respectful and FUN! I will forever be an Extra Space Storage devoted customer (that is until I have my own garage!) Thank you, Carrie!

Carrie has been nothing less than great, helped me move into a bigger unit and a tually saved more than what u haul qouted me. Tje hours are great as i can come and go as needed. Definitely need more people like her.
