Heather was super friendly and helpful on my phone call yesterday. I had a ton of questions about them taking over another storage facility where I am currently renting and Heather went above and beyond to find answers to all of my questions. Even though she wasn’t able to find answers to some of the questions, she gave me a call back as promised and let me know what she was able to figure out which is what matters most. Hopefully they can make positive changes to the facility they will be taking over.
