I am submitting this review on my Mother's behalf, she moved to Florida a while back (as the older folks tend to do) and needed a unit to house some things that weren't able to be taken along. However, she's had some difficulty with remembering, (as they also tend to do) to stay on top of the payments for it. Fortunately I was able to speak with an extremely helpful and understanding gentleman by the name of Elgin that works there. Not only did he take the time, in my opinion, went completely out of his way to arrange and ensure that I be added to the 'contact list' if there was to be any trouble with a payment on her unit in the future. Now bear in mind, she is a very proud, very Irish woman. She would never ask anyone for anything regardless of necessity. So, unbeknownst to her, I am truly grateful to find that level of service and discretion in what I thought a highly unlikely place. I only hope Extra-space will also recognize your efforts and appreciate them as much as I do. - Thank you again.
