We just rented multiple units for many months. Rick made the process simple and he explained everything. They didn't have all units in the same bldg but we asked to be notified when one final unit became avaliable. Rick literally called us 6 minutes after leaving to let us know that a unit in our desired bldg just became available so we turned around, drove back and moved our lock. Amazing service! Our belongings are in good hands with Rick and Extra Space!

Nice employees at the desk. However they signed me up at $129/month “variable rate”. It’s only been 3 months and they’ve already almost doubled that to $229. Luckily I didn’t put much stuff into the unit yet, so it will be quick and easy for me to go down and cancel. Won’t be using Extra Space Storage again
