I'm a new customer. The employee was great when I signed up. It's a clean place, however, I paid a higher price for the 24 hour access. Here I am sitting outside at 3:40 am EST and I'm DENIED access. I call the 800 number, they're closed. It's a good thing their so called 24 hour emergency number has 24 hour emergency employees working, otherwise I might have gotten help. It's also a good thing I paid the higher price to have 24 hour access, otherwise I might not be sitting outside the building in the cold at 3:40 am being denied entry. Now that my whole time line for moving my property in had been completely thrown off course, I wonder what else will go wrong. Thank you for messing up my moving in. I'm sure you won't mess up taking my money though right?

It would be nice if the door you are trying to go through stayed open somehow. It's pretty difficult to go through a door when your hands are full or trying to push a cart through.
