Regina is awesome!! She really gets it and is simply the best example of a value added service representative I could think of. I had to reduce my storage unit size and she went above and beyond by not only finding me a new unit but making sure it was close to my previous one to make it easier to move my belongings between them. Thanks!

Easy online set up through the website for the location you want. Also easy set up account access via texting and app access to gated location. Storage set up comes through quickly after online setup. Only issue was that a lock comes with it that you have to pay for (possibly returned if not opened).

The facility is very clean and reasonably priced. Lisa was a tremendous help! She quickly and efficiently got my rental agreement drawn up. Before I signed anything she let me check out the space I’d be renting to make sure it would accommodate my needs. She was very pleasant to deal with and great customer service. ?????????? for Lisa!
