At ExtraSpace self storage,I was greeted with Phenomenal service provided by Marc as soon as I arrived, he welcomed me in gave me great size recommendations based on the items I planned to store and walked me through the pricing for each unit. Marc was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Marc definitely went above and beyond. He walked me through the facility to ensure I chose the best unit for my needs, explained the rental terms clearly, and even offered helpful tips for maximizing space. The property was super clean, secure, and well-maintained, reflecting his pride in the workplace. Also not to mention it has climate control in all of the units. Let me start by saying this new facility has the best prices, the professionalism is top notch. The manager that assisted was Marc. Great guy just a doll. Love how he was respectful he kept calling me ma’am through out the whole transaction. Thank you again extra space and Marc for the easy-move.
