            I recently visited Extra Space Storage to rent a unit, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to the staff. They explained the pricing and answered all my questions so clearly that I understood everything right away. When I asked them to re-explain a part I wasn't quite sure about, they were very patient and calm until I fully understood. They even walked me through the entire path from the entrance all the way to my unit. I am deeply grateful to the staff at this location for their exceptional service. Highly recommended!

            I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this storage facility. I have a previous wonderful experience with another NEW extra space storage but with this location I didn’t enjoy the experience. After a chemical fumigation/pest-control treatment was performed, an extremely strong chemical odor permeated my entire storage unit and all of the belongings inside. I had many expensive winter coats and jackets belonging to myself, my mother, and my son, as well as down comforters, blankets, quilts, bedding, winter gear and other items stored in the unit. The chemical smell is so strong that I cannot currently use any of these belongings. These are not inexpensive items, and the damage has created a significant financial loss and a very stressful situation for my family. I understand that pest control may sometimes be necessary, but customers’ personal belongings should be properly protected when chemicals are used inside or around storage units. I am now having to deal with the consequences of this treatment and file an insurance claim for the damaged property that is NOT going to cover the cost of replacing the items. I hope the facility takes responsibility for what happened and provides a fair resolution. Customers should be able to trust that their belongings will be protected while they are being stored at the facility.

            I had a great time storing at ExtraSpace. The digital access to the gate and drive up to each unit building is very simple. The elevators are wide and there is a lot of space. The staff is very accommodating as well. The gates being open until 10pm is great.
