I have had such poor customer service when renting units in the past, that I landed on Extra Space outside of my local commute. The manager Matt was extremely helpful in making sure I was comfortable with the pricing, which was better and more consistent than other businesses in my area. I highly recommend this location in particular, and gladly recommend others that sometimes it can be worth leaving our general area when phenomenal service is provided

I’ve rented multiple spaces from this company over the years at various locations and although I’ve almost always been met with great customer service, the current Manager in Farmingdale (Matt), went above and beyond recently in assisting me with an unexpected rate increase. He’s professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Farmingdale already was our favorite location, but now with Matt there it’s that much better ??
