I went on line to find a 10x10 storage unit. I found one at Extra Space Storage in Freehold. I reserved it on line. I called and spoke with Ethan, who was very professional , and very helpful. He confirmed what I had reserved. I asked if I could see it today , and he politely responded that I could. When I got there Ethan showed me the unit and told me about the various payment plans. We went back to the office where Justin kindly went over the lease agreements, and made sure that I understood each and every aspect of it. Both gentlemen were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this storage facility to all that I know, and thank Ethan and Justin for making this a most pleasant experience ! I hope that the time that I put into this review is not going to just result in a “thank you”. I think that these two gentlemen deserve more than that!
