I don't write reviews unless something is exceptionally good or really bad and self storage is pretty much the same wherever you go. What made my experience with Extra Storage stand out was Jill. She made me feel at ease, not rushed or pressured. She was kind, courteous, and professional. On the phone I could tell she was actually smiling as we spoke. Her customer service was on point and dealing with her was a pleasure (in stark contrast to the service I've received from several other storage places recently). Thank you Jill!
