Sales staff is very helpful, polite and willing to walk us to inspection 2 storage spaces. Andrea answered all our questions and made suggestion where are choices, exact loading spot distance to the storage space. We appreciated the great monthly fee, $15 difference from 1st floor vs ground floor etc... we decided to rent for the ground floor, reserve, and prepay for 5 months. Very good meeting and understanding of the inside storage other than our past experience with drive up garage storage.
