While looking for a new storage unit Ahmed has been extremely helpful. I was able to reserve the unit at the web rate online and he called me to get everything locked in over the phone which saved me the trip of having to go in that day. I then needed to adjust my move in date and he answered all my questions in what needed to be done to make this change.
