I would give this place 5 stars because of the kind staff and accessibility to the building. However, I visited my unit yesterday only to find mice droppings on my bins and my bags bitten through. I was told this is a normal thing in storage facilities because they don’t know what people bring in. Understood, but I’ve been other places and never had this experience before. My mattress is in there. There were more droppings than what the pictures show. I just started cleaning it before I realized I needed pictures. Lastly, I was told I can file a claim, and that I can get help cleaning it and that most facilities wouldn’t even offer to help cleaning it. Like I should be grateful. Ok I guess. I’m not by any means trying to say this place is terrible. The staff who helped me my first day were remarkable. I just didn’t like how it felt like “no big deal” when I called about it. That’s all.
