My brother Juan rented with Extra storage in Lodi. He doesnt speak in English but Malcolm managed to take care of everything that he needed, explained the payments, insurance, fees, etc and all that was expected to know. I called Juan to check if he needed help but he said Malcolm took care of everything and Malcolm confirmed the same with me over the phone. Malcolm has gone above and beyond to help my brother and Im sure he does this for everyone. Good to know there is someone out there to take care of us customers

He doesnt speak in English but Malcolm managed to take care of everything that he needed, explained the payments, insurance, fees, etc and all that was expected to know. This by far has been the best storage location I have been to. I owe it all to Ricardo. He has helped both my mother and myself, select units, show us & explain the differences, and went above and beyond to make us feel confident in choosing the correct unit for our needs and why we continue to stay with Extra Storage at this location when there many more floser to where I live (North Jersey). His customer service will always help keep extra storage in business. So I do hope he gets recognition.

Extra space storage in Lodi is a great storage company. Clean, organized affordable. Usually securing a storage space can be a very arduous process however Ricardo helped my friend and I with the transition process. He was polite, very knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing. People in business don’t seem to carry this skill set anymore. He definitely is an asset to this company. I highly recommend.
