Place was always clean. Never had issues going in and out of my storage unit. Management always friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is that they keep raising their prices every three months and it's not worth paying almost $100 for a closet size space.

We were reading all the bad reviews and the Better Business Bureau complaints about Extra Space Storage-Lodi location. We were glad to see that we were not the only customer that was scammed by them. This location should be investigated and shut down. Since they were using our credit card fraudulently, we had to cancel our credit card that we used with them. If there were 0 stars to give them we would have given it but 1 star is the lowest. customers beware of these scammers!

What a horrible experience. This location does not respond to emails, they only discuss matters over the phone. If that sounds suspicious to you then you are right. We spoke to a Nimala about our concerns on the phone. She never answered our questions, avoided our questions and kept deflecting. Her comments had nothing to do with our concerns. She kept rambling on about nothing wasting our time on the phone. We kept saying to her to stay on point. But she continued her nonsensical rambling. needless to say this went on for about 20 minutes on the phone. nothing was resolved. she was rude obnoxious, deceptive and misleading. We never been so mistreated by a business. They do not understand the meaning of customer service. Word to the wise- dont do business with these people. Tatiana called to resolve the issue. Instead of resolving it she called and spoke to us in a contentious manner, made threats, and screwed up our account. Tatiana made so many intentional mistakes on our account that she tried to flip the script and say it was our mistake. Tatiana emailed & called us numerous times wasting our time. These people are fraudsters and con artists. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN
