Well yesterday was my final day at this Storage location. I been there for 2 - 3 years and never had a problem. Gary has always been helpful if i needed anything. So this place has ALWAYS BEEN 5 STARS. Thank you Gary.

Gary wasn't necessarily rude, but I definitely would not use the words "friendly", "warm" or "inviting" to describe any part of the interaction.** I rented a unit yesterday and said "no" when I was asked if I needed to see the unit first. I've never had an issue before and this facility boasts being "extra clean" so I didn't see a need, but I found out that this was a mistake. I went back 2 hours later to start moving in and it had very obviously not been swept after the last renter. I probably wouldn't have cared because I'm on a time crunch, but there was literally no section of the floor that did not have glitter on it and I have business equipment to store. I left a message asking them to sweep the unit, so I can update this later if the experience improves the rating. it should also be noted that unlike other Extra Space Storage facilities, you will NOT have digital access here because for some reason the "owner doesn't want to use that software" (this may have impacted my decision to use this facility, so other people might find this useful to know BEFOREHAND. **his tone of voice and demeanor seemed to improve at the end of the interaction/transaction when he was giving me his card and asking me to leave a good review because it "helps him out a great deal"
