Jocelyn was soooo nice I had a great experience today thanks to the lady at the front desk. She was very welcoming, professional, and made the whole process of buying my storage unit quick and easy. She answered all my questions with patience and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Customer service like hers really makes a difference.
