Terrible!! I was paying $100 monthly for my unit but I signed up for a promo where I lock in a $70 rate for 4 months, a supposed lesser rate. Cause their prices jump like crazy!! A MONOPOLY!! I have a 10' by 7' unit and it was $400+ for the 4 month promo which i had to pay in advance for. Now it was $70 monthly x's 4 months = $280 for the unit but add in tax and insurance and whatever the hell else they add in and it was the $400+! I went along with that thinking that it would all even itself out and I'd see SOME savings EVENTUALLY but now I just got an email that my next months payment, after the 4 month promo is up, is going up to $101+ or $103+ monthly. As opposed to the $70 monthly charge I originally signed up for?? Why sign up for the "promo" I asked them? Their reply is that's how the fee's are structured and only thing Im doing is locking in a price for those 4 months? Guess what I'm trying to say is that they know they have you and the prices increase alot and sometimes monthly. I thought I took advantage (or should I say " they took advantage of me") of the promo with the idea that I was saving afew $$'s but as you can see, when they add in everything, there's no savings at all. And do they jack the price up the very next month after any promo? Look around, LIKE I AM, there's alot of new places that run move in specials and their rates remain at a decent price!! Watch out for EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FEE'S!!
