Don't be fooled by the low move-in price. They raise the rent every few months for no apparent reason. I started with a 5×10 unit at $65 per month. Three months later it increased to $112, and after another nine months it went up again to $164. That's more than double my original rate and significantly higher than what other storage facilities charge. After all those increases, the only thing they offered was a one-time $40 credit. I'm now looking for a different storage facility and can only hope to save you some money. For the PR team: DO NOT contact me other than to refund me or lock in my rate to fair value.
