I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had from the first informational phone call right up to our “move in” day! I mostly dealt with Alice who is so thorough, articulate, and organized making the rental process and move in of all three units run perfectly smooth. She offered tips and ideas and knew exactly where to place us with regard to our needs. She was extremely accommodating with us until we could pin point our actual move in date. She was in constant communication with us until the night day. On the actual move in day we had secured 2 units, however we soon discovered we would need a third smaller unit. Alice was on it immediately making it convenient so that we could keep moving our belongings into the second unit with no interruption. I also want to comment here on how clean both buildings are in all hallways, the temperature is kept very cool, and every unit I’ve seen this far is immaculate. I highly recommend this Buckeye location and I will be using it for all my future needs for extra storage space.

Mark was so helpful and kind! The storage facilities are extremely clean and well-maintained. We lost the keys to our storage unit, but Mark helped us to sort everything out. The entire process was very fast and easy. Would highly recommend this place over any other.
