Exceptional Customer Service! I had an outstanding experience renting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Wayne, NJ, thanks to the store manager, David. From the moment we arrived, David was extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to our needs. He took the time to listen, answer all of our questions, and provided a very thorough walkthrough of the unit and facility. He made the entire rental process incredibly easy and stress-free. My manager and I were both very impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism he provided. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who truly takes pride in helping customers and making sure they have a positive experience.
