The people who run this Extra Space Storage Facility are THE BEST! I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful and hospitable they were to me while I was in their presence. The facility remains immaculate as well. The ONLY problem we've ever had is that the damn exit door is broken most of the time!! You even had to pay to have our Sprinter Van fixed a few years ago because of him CONSTANTLY having to turn It around to get out of the place time and time again. It is very difficult to make that turn or to back up all the way and that’s what caused the accident.. I thought that by now you would have gotten it straightened out, but apparently not. I’m paying the prices you’re asking but your facility on 10 Van Buren is under par/defective! if you weren’t so convenient to our home, I would definitely take our business elsewhere because of that dirty reason. Let me once again say that the people who have. Taken care of us at that facility over the years and now have always been more excellence! STEVE is your newest manager there and he is wonderful as well! The only recommendation I am making is this? Come up with a new Exit Strategy and figure out a way so that the people paying top dollar for your place don’t have to always be so inconvenience when they try to get out!!

Steve contacted me right away to discuss the details of the unit. He is professional and cares a great deal about the facility.The staff is friendly and helpful with answering my questions. The pricing is fair and I like climate controlled option. I feel comfortable storing my belongings.
