I'm only here because I dint have much of an option. But I give it one star because they don't notify you of price increase and once you call to get the confusion figured out, the store manager himself is nearly useless so they have to call the district manager which takes a few days to get back to you. The storage and building itself is fantastic, but the customer service is just awful
